Pete Rock to unveil New York’s finest

Pete Rock, one of the most influential hip-hop producers of all time and defnitely one of NY’s finest, is preparing his next solo album. The Soul Brother No. 1’s intentions are to prove he still got that great vibe that launched his carreer alongside CL Smooth. Following 2004’s “Soul Survivor II”, his next album is titled “NY’s finest”, the album, which takes the form of a double-disc, a rare element in today’s Rap music industry, is to feature guest appearances from the likes of Raekwon & Masta Killa of the Wu-Tang Clan, Redman, Little Brother and more. A tribute to James Brown will also be included withing the album. The release date is set for february 26th.
