#3 The Planet Smashers - Mighty
I’ve recently developed a greater love for the Planet Smashers. “Life of the Party” I can listen to from front to back all day long, so I’m hoping this will be just as good.
#2 Tom Waits - Heartattack and Vine
Apparently a must have for any Tom Waits fan. It comes with high praise and besides Rain Dogs, I’ve about this album a lot.
Finally, the album I must own when that first pay check comes in:
#1 Weezer - Red Album
I’ve currently got this on loan from a friend of mine. I won’t lie to you, I’ve had “Pork and Beans” on loop constantly but I’ve also sampled “Thought I Knew” a lot as well, the song Weezer described as “the most scary and exciting way to play this song”. It features Patrick on guitar and vocals while Rivers takes up the drum kit. Normally I’m not one to borrow an album from someone and rip it, but I was lent the deluxe version with 4 bonus tracks, so I’ll get that and hopefully find a copy of deluxe version somewhere.
